1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made on www.alhome.com, our offline stores, or our mobile application (collectively, the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Order & Payment

- Products are sold by Alhome.

- For special projects, orders are accepted once confirmed in writing via email or SMS.

- Payment methods include credit/debit cards, wallets, Apple Pay, and 3rd party financial services like Taby & Tamara.

- You may cancel your order withing 24 hours of placing an order.

- Alhome reserves the right to cancel orders due to non-payment, bulk purchasing, or inventory issues.

3. Delivery

- Delivery is currently available only within Saudi Arabia.

- Delivery charges and estimated dates are shown at the checkout.

- If delivery fails and is not rearranged, the order will be cancelled.

4. Returns & Refunds

- Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

- Refunds are processed after inspection and may be credited to your card or bank account.

- Customized products cannot be returned or cancelled after placement of order.

5. Limitations of Liability

Alhome is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including delivery delays, product misuse, or technical errors beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through KSA courts.
