Return Period:

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

- Products that are unwrapped, assembled, or installed cannot be returned unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.

- Bedding, pillows, mattresses, and towels (for hygiene).

- Custom-made or personalized items.

Damaged Products:

- Report damage within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

- We will coordinate free home pickup of damaged goods.

Refunds:

- Processed after product evaluation.

- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
